Privacy notice
Last updated 2026-08-04
This notice describes how we handle personal data collected through accessbolaget.se. It covers the website — if we process data about you as a customer or supplier, that happens under the agreement with your company.
Who is responsible
The data controller for the processing on this website is:
Fiberaccessbolaget i Sverige AB
Reg. no. 556979-7250
Munkforsplan 33 (8 tr), 123 47, Farsta
[email protected]
What we collect and why
We only collect what you provide yourself, plus the technical data needed to run and protect the website.
| When | Data | Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|---|
| You submit the contact form | Name, company, email address and your message | Answering your enquiry and getting back to you | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — being able to reply to people who contact us |
| You submit the contact form | Google reCAPTCHA assessment of your browser | Telling humans apart from automated spam | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — protecting the form from abuse |
| Every visit | IP address, timestamp, page address and browser type in server and firewall logs | Operations, troubleshooting and protection against attacks | Legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f)) — a secure, working website |
| Only if you accept cookies | Random identifier and visit statistics via Google Analytics | Understanding how the website is used | Consent (art. 6(1)(a)) |
We do not use this data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we never sell it. If you apply for a job with us, applications are sent by email — that data is handled as an ordinary application, not through the website.
Who receives the data
The data is handled by us and by the providers who run the website for us:
- Our helpdesk system, operated by AxByte Internet Services AB — our wholly owned subsidiary, and therefore not an external party. Contact form submissions are sent there as a ticket.
- Cloudflare, which delivers and protects the website and therefore sees the IP addresses of traffic.
- Google, for reCAPTCHA on the contact page and — only with your consent — Google Analytics.
Google and Cloudflare may process data outside the EU/EEA. Such transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep the data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept in our helpdesk system for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and to follow it up afterwards. Logs are kept for a shorter period for operations and security. Data that is no longer needed is deleted. If you want to know exactly how long your data is kept, get in touch.
Cookies
Which cookies we use, what they do, and how to change or withdraw your consent is described separately: Cookies and analytics.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- find out what data we hold about you (right of access),
- have inaccurate data corrected,
- have data erased,
- request that processing be restricted,
- object to processing based on legitimate interest,
- in certain cases receive the data in a machine-readable format,
- withdraw a consent you have given at any time, without affecting processing carried out beforehand.
Contact us at the address above if you want to exercise any of these rights. You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal data we will update this page and the date at the top.
